Brilliant quiet hotel with favourable location near by the convention centre. Beautifully maintained updated room with great view. Fantastic food served, good breakfast. Wonderful overall experience.

Conveniently located near a bus stop, city center, and a scenic hill for those nature lovers out there 🌳. the rooms are newly renovated, with sparkling clean bathrooms and super cozy beds.

Good quality of excecutive floor

Had to change room due to extreme loud staff at reception of excecutive floor. Room right next to this. Arrived late with serious jetlag and was unable to sleep from 6 am. Location far from city centre.

The breakfast was good and excellent, there was plenty of food to chose from. The staff was very amiable and absolutely courteous, provided excellent services and helped with free parking.

I had a great stay at Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul & Grand Suite. As a HH Diamond member, I was impressed by the prompt pick-up from the airport and warm welcome at the hotel. I was upgraded to the executive level on the 12th floor, which offered a spacious room with a comfortable bed and stunning city view. The cleanliness and layout of the room were excellent, and the bathroom was top-notch. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the hotel, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. Although the offerings in the executive lounge were a bit weak, there were plenty of options when it came to drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Compared to the other Hilton in town, I would definitely choose Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul & Grand Suite for its modern rooms and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lovely Stay at Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul & Grand Suite!

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The swimming pool was amazing, especially for my family and me. It was really windy outside, but we didn't have to worry because they had an indoor pool that was completely windproof. The pool was huge and looked like a professional swimming pool, but no one minded when my sister and I goofed around like we were at a resort. They even provided free swimming practice boards, which made our pool time even more enjoyable. We discovered all sorts of fun things to do with the boards, like lying back and gazing at the beautiful cloudy sky. And the best part was that because we visited during a storm, the pool wasn't crowded at all!

The value for the money was great, and the room was super nice and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The breakfast offerings could be better.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway, making it easy to explore the city center, including the vibrant Namdaemun market. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a peaceful and residential area, providing a tranquility and escape from the bustling city. For those traveling to and from the airport, the hotel offers convenient access via the airport limo bus 6005.

It is disappointing that the selection of breakfast items at the hotel has been progressively cut back, diminishing the quality and variety of options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the helpfulness of the staff. The location was ideal, close to everything in downtown and to the key areas of the city. We appreciated the free parking on site and the faster service provided by the staff. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Excellent service and amazing environment! The hotel staff was very helpful and made our stay feel special. The shuttle service to nearby areas was very convenient and saved us a lot of time. the location was near the subway station which made it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast service offered.

The Wi-Fi connection was not stable and made it difficult to stay connected. The bedroom was a bit cold despite increasing the temperature on the thermostat.
